Hello, my asus zenbook laptop UX490A stoped working the sound. This happen after I started to use a bluetooth device for the audio output. I turned the bluetooth off and tried all different troubleshooting available (i.e update drivers, disable enhancmeents and so forth). How can I do a final check before entering in contact with the warranty support? I believe the issue to might be banal after all. Please advise. Thanks, Daniel
