Detailed description：I own a flat screen monitor that requires me to download its connection software with a CD. This worked fine with a previous laptop. My new Zenbook 14 doesn't come with a CD player so I bought a separate CD. Still not working even when I upload software to zenbook. Any suggestions?

Can you access the contents of the CD from a different computer? Usually you can copy the contents of the disc to a USB drive and then run it from that. Let us know if you get it working!
