Screenpad stay black (problem with ucrtbase.dll)

I hav my labtop Asus UX580GD and since some days the screenpad didn't work. The Screenpad stay black in all mode. Windows 10 is up to date all fixed. I uninstalled screepad driver and installed again. I uninstalled Screepad Toolbar and installed again. I did a sfc /scannow to check that there is no corruption on DLL. But no error found. I had the same problem. Uninstalled the ScreenPad spotify app. My screenpad is working now

Have the same issue on a UX550GEXB71T model. Brand new Asus laptop and touchpad cannot be activated as a screenpad. How do I confirm that hardware supports a screenpad?
