Screenpad Plus - Touch Not Working

Screenpad Plus Touch stopped working. When the touch does respond, my mouse goes absolutely crazy and bounces around everywhere. I've tried installing all the drivers, etc through the MyASUS app and still have no luck. I tried everything in the Utilities section of the Drivers&Tools section. I've done a complete system restore and a factory reset and still nothing.Are there any other options I could try?

Same problem. and MC store dont have ScreenXpert utility

Was there any update or modification before the issue occurred?
Did you install your own OS?
Please kindly follow below FAQ to reinstall the drivers "one by one".
