Touchpad isn't working

Odd
Star I
System: Windows 10
Battery or AC: AC
Description: Touchpad isn't working
Model: Zenbook 14 UX 433FA
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
Reset OS: No

The touchpad on a new Zenbook 14 UX433FA stopped working. It even disappeared from the settings (among the devices in settings there isn't a touchpad). I had the same model before, unfortunately I had to replace it. It didn't have this problem, but the new one had it after two days. The touchpad first worked poorly, so I tried to adjust the sensitivity. It didn't work so I tried restarting the notebook. And the touchpad completely disappeared from settings.

Reset BIOS to default settings. Check if touchpad is enabled in BIOS settings. In Windows press F6/FN+F6 on your keyboard to enable touchpad. Reinstall touchpad driver. Install touchpad firmware from UX433FA driver support page. Update all drivers and Windows updates etc. If it still does not work, factory reset Windows 10. IF it is still same, then it's a hardware issue.
