Hello, I recently bought a Zenbook 14 Flip OLED and I have noticed that small red dots appear on the screen in white images and red horizontal lines appear on the edges of the images. I would like to know if this is normal on these screens or is it a factory problem. Thank you!

This certainly doesn't seem normal as red dots on the screen indicate that your system has a corrupted driver or a cracking on the GPU. So, it's better to replace the GPU card.

After having sent it to technical service, they told me that it is a normal behavior of the screen because the red dots are the touch mesh and are mostly visible on OLED screens. I think this is something important and should be mentioned.
