"Enter password" on start up screen

Hello, I bought an asus x515 laptop and I can't install windows on it. When I turn on the laptop, I have to enter a password, but I don't know what to enter. I searched on the internet how to find out this password, but I can't use ALT+R. I give ALT+R and nothing happens. Could you please help me 🙂

May I ask if the laptop you purchased is second-hand?
Laptops do not come with any default passwords. If you installed the operating system yourself, password setup would be prompted after the system installation.
If the issue persists, we recommend visiting the service center for assistance from the technicians.
