Hi! I just got my first ever Asus item, an Asus Zenbook Pro Duo. I received a warranty pamphlet in the box, and I am currently trying to sign up for it. I logged into my Asus account and clicked Add Product. I input my serial number and date purchased. At the bottom, there is a blue button that says "Register your product". It is faded and will not allow me to click it. May I please have some help? I don't want to start using my laptop until the warranty is guaranteed.

Hello, did you ever get a response? I have the same issue attempting to register my ZenWifi XT9 Mesh Router.
