I just got a new zenbook via amazon. Tried to register it but keep being told "Product Registration Failed: Product is already registered". What should I do? I believe warrancy is tied to registration, no?
I am also supposed to have free registration with microsoft office. But this is also not set up. Any idea what I can do here? I suspect this may be connected with registration problem.
