When something on my screen moves it leaves a ghost trail... with this it makes playing games and modeling very annoying as it leaves a blur effect when moving the camera and makes it hard to focus on the task at hand.

May you share a video record of the issue?
and what was the resolution set to?
If you use an external monitor, does it have the same issue?
And what kind of game or modeling program are you using?
