Password incorrect

Hi, 

I have a signing in  on my Zenbook Flip since yesterday. I didn't change my password or PIN but it says that my password is incorrect. I also tried fingerprints but it doesn't work either. Tried restarted several times but nothing seems to work. Help!

Please verify that the entered password and the case of the characters are correct.
If you still cannot access the system, it may be advisable to consider restoring the system.
