Hi I am Rishi, on 19.11.2020, I have received my ASUS ZenBook 14 UM433DA, S. No. L7N0CV24J85931B, from Newegg website delivery. But since first time, my Notebook battery is not fully charged. Maximum is 60% and stops.. Today full day I tried, first drained the battery to 10% then, charging again, Then also at 60% battery charging stops. I think, you received my previous messages also. 
Issue number 2, Number pad is not visible / not working. (No display icon - top left)
So advise & help me, I want to go full product replacement or another model ??

I'm sorry that your device does not come with Numpad, very likely you bought a different version.
Please kindly check with the seller for this issue.
And for battery charging, may you enter MyASUS and check the battery mode it is set on?
