Hi together, I have been looking for the following setup:
1x ASUS laptop
Dock
3 external displays with a resolution of 1920x1200 each
the dock should use nVIDIA GPU for the external display
Video technology doesn't matter (I think it would be Thunderbolt?)
This sounds like a simple idea but I have been searching the web for weeks and was unable to find a suitable solution.
My current setup: ASUS UX3410UQ and DELl D6000 works, in principle, but it won't give me full graphics capability (e.g., many graphic tools don't work at all), and D6000 uses DisplayLink technology that is very slow and works only in some cases.
I am aware of the fact that I need a new laptop, but I don't want to buy a new machine that still doesn't do all of the above.
Does anyone have an idea where to look? Any hint would be greatly appreceated!
