No calculator function on keypad

Detailed description：I cannot launch Windows calculator with upper left icon on keypad on my new Zenbook S Ultra slim convertible laptop, UX393EA-XB77T. Pressing, holding, tapping that icon does absolutely nothing. How to fix?

Do you mean you want to launch the Windows calculator APP?
The icon on the touchpad is for turning on the Numpad only.
If the numpad can not turn on, can you share a short video of the issue?
