Need help with touch/numpad after Clean windows install

Reset OS: caused the issue

Detailed description:I recently had to do a clean install of windows and I have been unable to use the numpad function on the touchpad since, I have tried updating Drivers to no avail (though I May be doing something wrong), and I have run out of Ideas.

It was a fresh install of windows, full wipe, had to reinstall everything including drivers.

That's not good. Once you split path with the OS that the laptop came with, you will lose a lot of its functionalities. You have two options, either tag an official Asus member and ask if your problem is related to changing entirely the OS, or go with the laptop to Asus Service in your town, and ask them to reinstall the original OS so that you will get the profiles you lost and all the functionalities you paid for.
