Hi,
I have the laptop ASUS Zenbook 14 (UM3402) with an AMD Ryzen 5 7530U CPU.
Thing is the CPU fan is always spinning and only in some rare occasions it slows down for a short period of time.
I restarted to bios and I think something seems off. Why I have 93C in bios? (waited 10 minutes for temp to drop to no avail). Is it an issue? I'll have to RMA it?
Thank you

@cdmks
May I know the full model name of your laptop?
How to find Model Name
If you update the BIOS to the latest version or reset the BIOS settings to default values, does the issue improve?

I'm on the latest BIOS and tried the default values. Did not improve.
I start the laptop cold and go directly into BIOS. Within 10 minutes CPU rises from 50C to 90C
model: UM3402YAR

After confirmation by the technical team, running the fan at full speed in BIOS is considered normal.
Please check if the CPU temperature remains high after entering Windows.
If it does, please check which program(s) you are running at that time.
Thank you.
