Massive Instability Zenbook S 13 OLED (AMD)

AeolusOne
Star II

I have the zenbook S 13 OLED (UM5302TA) for almost a year and my laptop had no
problem for around 6-7 months until I started to notice some BSODS on
windows and hard freezes on Linux. From then on my laptop became more
and more unstable to the point where windows wouldn't boot. I also
noticed something odd, my laptop would be relatively stable when plugged
in even if it would rarely crash in any way. I kept digging to find
anwsers for why it would work while plugged in and not on battery power
and couldn't find anything as of yet.

I found that it may have had to do with fTPM stutter
or something like that and disabling it in bios made my laptop way more
stable, windows would now boot and linux would freeze less often however
it was still unstable on battery and mostly stable when plugged in.
Even with tpm disabled it would still be basically unusable on battery
power as a random crash or BSOD would occur at a random time.

In windows i had several kind of BSODs including
(SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED,
UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA and
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL being the most frequent), on battery power
windows and linux do not boot on the first try and when i am booted into
windows a BSOD always occurs at a random time showing 3 BSOD screens
next to each other with weird green graphical artefact.

I have no idea why my laptop is this unstable, i have never opened my
laptop, i tried updating bios to v311 (latest) nothing,
downgrading bios to v307 and v304 but it didn't seem to help much.
I also tried reinstalling Windows and Linux while keeping the original
Asus recovy partition but it didn't change anything. After eveything i
have tried i couldn't find anything to make my laptop as stable as it
was when i got it, i can only conclude it is some kind of hadware
defect/issue.

Does anyone know something about my issue ? Should i send my laptop back
Asus ? What should i do?
