So after getting all the updates and doing a rest on this pc before actually putting it to heavy use the link to my asus dissapeared. I tired to manually install the updated apps but I would get a message saying my device does not support this. I find it odd because I saw it breifly then it was gone. Anyone know any information on this?

Update:
After my last reset to solve Microsoft Store problems It still did not have all the features the laptop came with.
Microsoft Store problem fixed after run commands to reinstall Store by itself.
Did have problem updating apps withing store MyASUS being one of them.

Recently Microsoft had a big Windows update I allowed that and seemed to have fixed the store entirely as the apps finally installed.
Tru2Life and Link to MyASUS was still not on the menu withing the app.
Today computer went dark again while watching Netflix screens go black both of them and computer becomes unresponsive. The power button LED is solid white I cant figure that issue out (this could be a separate conversation thread in itself). Held power button till the machine shut down and reinitialized.
Went straight to MyASUS app and noticed Tru2Life was back on the menu. I closed out and opened Microsoft Store and there showed an update to MyASUS app so I click install and then restarted my PC for good measure.
Opened up MyASUS app and the missing feature of Link to MyASUS and Tru2Life were back.

Seems like there is issues with MyASUS app and windows and Microsoft store all together I am no programmer but I just take notice to how the PC behaves.
My experience says leave it alone you might get it back when you least expect. Although getting into a heft debt for such a PC and not having features install correctly is still a big let down. For the price if this machine it should include a recovery media USB the way it was installed in the factory instead of getting it over the web from eSupport when resetting and runs in the setup upon initialization.

Hello @Liviu ,

There is eSupport file in your C drive that contains all the initial drivers.

Not sure if you kept it before.

Thank you.

Hi @Blake_ASUS ,
Yes, I do have them, but unfortunately, after the reset, some features disappeared. One of them is link to MyAsus, which became my go to app for linking my phone to the laptop while I had it. I have 2 laptops ZenBook Pro Duo I9, each one cost ~3000 Euros in Europe, which is a lot of money. On one of them I did a full reset of Windows. On the other one I did just a windows refresh, so the OS that the laptop came with is intact, it was just refreshed from its own setting.
On both laptops I lost this option. Everything is up to date, as it is shown in the attached print screen. Also, MyAsus fails to notify me about new drivers updates. For example, I scanned for new updates yesterday, and it didn't find any update. But when I manually checked for new drivers, that is going on the Asus drivers web page, there was a new bios update, the ASUS_UX581GV_307. So, something is not working properly.
This happens on both laptops.
