Forgot password failed due to email invalid

I cannot change change MyAsus password due to first time when i create the account, i link to my Apple ID (with hide my email address). Resulting  i cannot receive any email from that private relay email, including that reset password. 

So now I want to change that email so that my Asus account can work properly. Please assist
