laptop product registration

Hello, I tried to register my laptop but the system indicates that the serial number is already registered, which could be from a previous attempt. However my account does show any registered product. What is happening ?

no problem with French or Swedish accent, I was looking at how to use my actual Asus keyboard in English,

signs haven't been drawn on keys by chance, certainly a combination of keys to sent them to the computer, how to find that combination,
