Detailed description:
My laptop is automatically turned on when plugged in, and when the power cord is removed, the laptop suddenly turned off. The laptop also can't be turned on without plugged in the power cord, although the battery indicator shows that it is fully charged.

Hi there,
Please unplug the adapter, and long press the power button for 40 second to reboot the device.
And also check if your are having the latest BIOS.
If so, enter BIOS and load default setting again.
If none of the above action works for you, please kindly send the device to our service center for further examination.
