I am not able to use some of the features using the function key. Like I am not able to control the backlight of my keyboard. Also, my shortcuts like Fn+A used for adaptive brightness is not working. Fn+F7 as well Fn+F9 is also not working.

is same issues happen in windows safemode also?
I think you have forgot install important driver from Asus which enables and control function keys.
i dont know name of the driver
