Detailed description:
The facial recognition stopped working on the previous windows update. I have uninstalled camera drivers (both) and uninstalled the bio IR driver. On restart, the camera drivers reinstalled, however, IR did not.
Camera response, before and after the change was very low refresh rate and extremely poor video quality. I have had to resort to an external Logitech camera. I would like my IR facial recognition and login back.
So far, this laptop has been awesome until microsoft messed it up.
