How to remove a broken pen tip from a Asus Pen 2.0?

Hi, my ASUS pen 2.0 MPP2.0 fell and the pen tip breaks as you can see in the picture.
Any tip how to remove it and change it? I cannot reach any repair center place, so I have to do it by myself.

May I ask if the model name of your Asus Pen 2.0 is SA203H?
Would it be feasible to supply clearer images given how unclear the ones you provided are?

Use something to pull and slide out the pen tip, like tweezers. Pull until the entire tip is removed from your Surface Pen. Insert the thinnest part of the replacement pen tip into your Surface Pen. Push until the tip locks into place.
