disable startup items from task manager.
delete all possible tasks registered under task scheduler.
uninstall very rarely used applications.
set the power mode as high performance
set cpu core as more cores under the advanced options in boot tab menu in system configuration

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean "puntion". Do you mean the "punctuation" on the keyboard?
If the specific keys in the keyboard do not respond, I would recommend you to connect an external keyboard to confirm whether the same keys can be used normally.
If these keys on the external keyboard can be used normally, it means that some keys on the keyboard of the laptop may be wrong and cannot be used.
