this is how looks my screen when trying to set up face recognition

In case that is missing from my first post:
"i bought a laptop and from windows 10 i installed the windows 11.
The problem is that i can't set up the face recognition because the image from the cam is devided to 6 frames.
I have checked the cam and its working normal on other apps.

May I know the full model of the laptop you are using?
