Connecting to Ultrawide monitor

Hi, 

Is it possible to connect this laptop to my Samsung ultrawide C49G monitor and run with minimim 120Hz?

ASUS Zenbook A14 UX3407RA-PURE1

I consider to buy the laptop because my current work laptop can't run in full resolution 5120×1440 @ 120 Hz.

If you connect an external monitor via Type-C, the supported display resolution and refresh rate is 5120x2880 (5K) at 60Hz. Thank you.
