Bluetooth Went missing

My bluetooth went missing , and USb decrypter request failed 

initially i tried to fix it by reinstalling drivers , but didnt work , i though it may be a windows problem , i reset my pc , the problem still exists . 

i searched on internet , the last thing what i found out it may be hardware problem

Have you tried reinstalling the Bluetooth driver first?

Were you able to fix your problem?
for me , it started with the bluetooth, and within few days i ended up with black screen with battery burning Hot. 

i sent the laptop to the ASUS Repair center, its been more than a week now , i havent heard from them

Yes some one called me today to check if the problem was solved , 

I asked her to check the system . I was told by asus center in NYC that the laptop has the mother board problem. I have already generated the RMA . And sent the laptop to the ASUS Center. 

unfortunately after spending $1800 , I have to travel for work without my laptop. And it’s only few months I bought the laptop .
