Hi, I have a problem with charging battery. Battery is charge up to 79 %. How can I charge it up to 100 %?

try switching off phone & then charging, if not worked out, try to charge in safe mode. try charging with USB cable

Go to MyAsus app, Hardware settings, and switch between the charging modes. Yours probably set to Balance mode.

Always use original USB cable for charging. Verify the mode before charging. I am happy with Asus notebook.
