Battery drain during sleep (modern standby)

Model: ASUS ZenBook Flip 14 UX461UN
Frequency of occurrence: always
Reset OS: done : clean install

Detailed description：
Hi, since the begining I have issues with my laptop in sleep mode. The battery drain because of the modern standby mode.
I followed the procedure here to disable the modern standby : asus.com/support/FAQ/1035447/
But now my computer doesn't wake up when in sleep. It's incredibely annoying.
How can I fix that ?

But outdated firmware causes.
Intel me firmware is directly embedded into processor , and processor handles the battery through windows OS.
