Battery charge level for new device

Hi, is there some kind of policy around battery levels in new devices? I mean should it shipp with it charged around 50% for the best life span or will it be charged 100% as new? I was looking for some kind of standards but couldn't find any.

Hello kamil,
There is no standard for that.
Each device has been shipped and transferred through a long process before you receive it.
So it differs from device to device.
