I ordered this laptop a week ago and am unable to register it. I have entered the corrent serial number and purchase date but the "Register your product" button is disabled.

No, sorry, Kelpster. I just received some useless and condescending PMs and decided I didn't need to deal with these people. So I installed NixOS and forgot all about it. Good luck!

To be clear I don't blame the nice moderators of this forum, I'm sure they're good people just doing their job. But I don't need to be told how to read a serial number, you know what I mean? That's not the problem here. So I just gave up on registering it. I'm sure they'll be able to help you though if you have the patience for it.
