I have a ASUS Zenbook Flip UX360UAK that is stuck on the ASUS logo and will not go into BIOS.
How can I recover the BIOS?
note: when turned on it will freeze at logo. When turned on and I press the F2 key it will pass the logo to a blank screen.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for your reply.
I have had no luck clearing CMOS so I would like to force a BIOS Recovery but I need to know the proper BIOS file and filename to use for this.
I have tried using the BIOS file UX360UAK-AS.317 but it probably needs to be renamed to something else. When the laptop powers on it does scan the USB drive possibly for the BIOS file but if it's not named correct or wrong filename so I don't think it will try to load it.
Do you know the proper procedure?
Thanks

It might have frozen. Try running a system troubleshooter or update your graphics drivers. If this doesn't help then contact the service centre.
