Asus Zenbook duo CPU temprature

Recently bought the Asus Zenbook Duo UX 8406 with Core Ultra 9 and 32G.

CPU temperatures while idling are on average around 65C at 5% CPU load. It spikes to 80C with OUTLOOk and some webpages loaded (mostly used for work/business).

Question: What is the ideal temperature range for CPU temperature?

The temps just seems high IMO

Thank you for the reply, only concerned as my other laptop seems to be running at 40 to 45, all the time, with the same work carried out.

Most sites states normal temps should be between 40 and 55, and at 65 it's running hot.

If these are normal for the Zenbook duo won't running these temps constantly shorten lifespan on the Zenbook.
