ASUS ZenBook 15 Screenpad not working on second user

Detailed description：Hello all, I have a Zenbook 15 , I activated a second user I use for work only. The problem is on the second user the Screenpad does not work, it is only showing the desktop wallpaper.
On my main user everything is working perfectly,

Please check if the second account is set as Administrator as well.
Then run ScreenPad Plus Optimizer V1.0.0.6
