asus aisense camera option on myasus is greyed out

hi all,

i'm using UX5304VA with windows 11

i noticed that i cannot use asus aisense camera right now as all option of it becoming greyed out.

i have tried to re-approve myasus on camera access and re-install myasus but still get the same result.

has anyone know how to get my asus aisense camera option back to normal again?

Have you tried uninstalling MyASUS and then reinstalling it to see if the issue is resolved?

i did uninstalling and reinstalling MyASUS but the issue is not resolved.

OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language, 22H2, 22621.2283

BIOS version: 3.5

MyASUS version: 3.1.26.0 with ASUS System Control Interface 3.1.18.0
