Will a 2 TB Seagate Firecuda 530 fit and work in a Asus Zenbook 14 Q409ZA-EVO.I5256BL?
It's a fast SSD with very good thermals. The idea is to compensate for only 8GB RAM and make swapping easier.
The 2TB and 4TB Seagate Firecuda 530 models house ICs on both sides, making the drive a little thicker.

Thanks a lot for your quick answer.
I am a little bit confused, because now I found another answer from Asus on the bestbuy website for this product. It's hidden in 50 Q&A's
A: Answer Absolutely, the M.2 SSD is upgradeable up to 2TB maximum size

A:Answer I went with 2tb (max size ) firecuda 530 almost hits the advertised speeds. This m.2 was thicker than the original ssd so the metal plate used to hold in place and keep cool was a little off. works fine and transferred everything over just fine.

Looks like the OEM version of the Samsung 980 Pro was tested and does not generate heat problems.
Did Asus test whether the heatsink version of this drive fits into the machine. It relatively flat.
Thanks for your help.

With the Samsung 980 Pro OEM version testet by Asus, did you also test, whether the heatsink version fits into the notebook. It's relatively flat.
