@arun286848 Could you provide us the complete model of your vivobook 14? Please check if your BIOS, Windows (1903/1909) is up to date, and drivers are all updated. And when did it start to happen? (ex: After update/install program). Lastly, is there any error message show up?
After driver, BIOS, and windows are all updated, please check if problem remains. If it happens, you can try to enter safe mode and try to see if problem still occurs in safe mode, and let us know the result.
