Unable to use Face Unlock in my Asus Vivobook X515 EA.

I'm unable to use Face Unlock the feature is available in my Laptop (Asus Vivobook X515 EA) but, still I'm unable to use it as it says "we couldn't find your camera compatible for windows hello face".
I just want to know that if my laptop's camera is not compatible for this particular thing than why this feature provided in this laptop?
Please find below image and kindly fix it as soon as possible or if anyone have the solution for this issue then please share the same with me.

What is the BIOS version and system version of your laptop?
