too much slow , logging is so excessive

please help me bout the slow system of this laptop vivobook r565ma . and yet i contacted the  customer support. but i was not solved the issue

May I ask how long your laptop has been in use?
Have you previously attempted to restore the system?
If not, I would recommend you back up your data, restore the system, and then perform further checks.
