Notebook Q524. Very slow booting and once logged in screen freezes and pointer just circles.

Detailed description：Computer has been very slow booting, now once it gets to the desktop it freezes and cursor just spins. CNTRL ALT DELETE doesn't work or anything . You have to hold down the power button to get it to shut off
