Detailed description:i bought this new laptop and everything is good except the audio via headphone jack. it came with DTS sound processing app. when i use my headphone it sounds like the DTS app is somehow set to a club equalizer mode. this greatly affect the sound quality and if i change to movies or game mode the effect become worse. also if the video file is encoded with dolby atmos or dolby 5.1 then the whole audio quality gets worst. i have used dolby audio in other laptop and that was awesome but this dts laptop really sucks.
bass is not that much punchy as on my previous laptop with dolby audio. sourround effect sucks some time poor than a mobile phone with dirac audio only.
this laptop came with oled display to improve the video watching experience but for me it is ruining my experice cause i consider myself as a audiophile.

Is it the same situation to replace a different headphone?
Could you please provide your test app and video files or links for me?
(files can be uploaded to cloud storage and provide the link)
Please also provide the following information.

yes it's same for different headphones.
my test apps are vlc, Films & TVs and Youtube for every video file
BIOS Version: 308
Audio Driver Version: how to check that?
DTS Audio Processing Version: 1.7.3.0
My Asus app shows no update so i'm guessing that all drivers are up to date.
