Detailed description:I recently bought an unsealed ASUS TUF A15 from a retailer. It seems like the previous owner already registered the laptop. I would like to change it to my account.

I have also the message wrong serial number for my ATX8. I have double checked it and it is confirmed when I enter the SN that it is my router (see attached screenshot)
