two questions i had prior to purchasing.

What ram modules are compatible for a ram upgrade in the available slot?

Is the led in the touchpad numpad able to be disabled completly ( i have seen it can be disabled on some models, but in this model in particular it was always on in a youtube review i have seen so wanted to check.)

In the video you provided, it seems that the NumPad hasn't been activated, which is why the lid is closed.

Your laptop has only one memory slot available for expansion, and the maximum capacity for a single slot is 8GB DDR4 3200MHz.
If the NumPad function is enabled, the backlight will also turn on and cannot be turned off separately.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thanks for the details on the ram.

Regarding the numpad, when it is turned off, are the lines still visible? - this review video (and others by the same user) shows the numpad being visible even when the laptop appears to be off https://youtube.com/shorts/v7pjvc56oYo?si=h3lsWdea4EWHhXvG
