One month of Creative Cloud not available in France for Vivobook Pro 15 (OLED) N6506

I'm kind of surprised the one-month offer for Creative Cloud is not available in France for the Vivobook Pro 15 (OLED) N6506, as it is available in the US, Spain, UK, and more... For a 1699,99€ to 1999,99€ laptop depending on the components, it seems really exaggerated. What's the reason for this?

Please change this rule, this is a complete non sense, especially for a computer bought on the ASUS online shop. There should be no region rule for this.
