Meaning when I press any key the light does not come on. I have to press the function key again to get it to come on. This would happen occasionally. I tried to re-install the driver for ASUS System Control Interface. I did the procedure to do EC reset by holding power for 40 seconds. I checked Windows updates and have latest version of MyASUS app installed.
