Detailed description：just set up my new laptop and for some reason the number isnt working. it is switched on, light is on anyway but it doesnt type numbers into screen. Am i missing something?=

E410MA Number pad isnt working on my new laptop, always=

open notepad, try to type numbers using number pad, if its working, no issues in number pad.
also, go to bios, try to change time using a number pad.

Hello shelly,
Did you take off the cover on the touchpad?
and the numpad is not working unless your pointer is at typing position.
Please share a video of the issue if it is still not working.
