Computer won’t boot up

Asus Vivobooo (Notebook)

My vivobook keeps having issue where when it boots up it goes to the logo screen, but then it says “preparing” then “restarting” and it’ll keep on this loop, ive done some troubleshooting but still nothing happens, many i gotta do something else i haven’t done

Please confirm if you are able to enter the system through Safe Mode to back up your data.

If you are unable to enter the system through Safe Mode, we suggest shutting down the laptop and asking a friend who is familiar with computers to remove the SSD and back up the data before performing a system restore.
