Battery problem

Hi, I need some help please, whenever I switch on my laptop an the battery is below 50% then after 10 seconds the laptop starts to hibernate and wouldn't turn on until I plug in the charger. The battery is still fine. when I never switch it of it stills works noramlly for 3 hours from 100% to 0%.
I already have all the latest updated and bios updated and did a battery calibration.
