Detailed description：I want a working battery of Asus Laptop Model R542u, I am not able to find the same in the market and the service centre also didn't provide me a good service as expected. This is urgent and i am ready to pay what it would cost for the same.

Every intel processor comes with CSME firmware which are useful to certain Devices.
but In your laptop Intel ME cannot be accessible or not installed . This is issue..

I have visited the service center, there was a issue which they fixed, now my battery is draining after removal of power adapter(before the power adapter used to lead in laptop power off but now this is fixed). They say that I need to replace my battery, so can anyone here relate to the situation and if changing my battery will now fix the problem?
